8 Easy Steps to a Better Life

1. Always drink a lot of water, at anytime. Clean, and if possible, hexagonized water.
2. Eat less meat, more vegetables and fruit. If you really need meat then chicken is fine as long as you don't eat the skin; and fish is also ok as long as it isn't deep fried.
3. Wash your vegetables and fruit before consumption; or dip it in ozonized water for some period of time.
4. Eat less egg, especially the yolk.
5. Less sugar, no aspartam, no sacharin; this means no E**al, no Nut*****et!
6. Exercise!
7. Consume 5 star organic food!
8. Breath clean air! If you live in a city, it is good to spend some time on weekends in the heights.
The reason for doing number 3 is that we are trying to perfectly remove chemical substances as they are very toxic. We never know how those vegetables and fruits were planted, what was the soil like and so on.
