8 Easy Steps to a Better Life

1. Always drink a lot of water, at anytime. Clean, and if possible, hexagonized water.
2. Eat less meat, more vegetables and fruit. If you really need meat then chicken is fine as long as you don't eat the skin; and fish is also ok as long as it isn't deep fried.
3. Wash your vegetables and fruit before consumption; or dip it in ozonized water for some period of time.
4. Eat less egg, especially the yolk.
5. Less sugar, no aspartam, no sacharin; this means no E**al, no Nut*****et!
6. Exercise!
7. Consume 5 star organic food!
8. Breath clean air! If you live in a city, it is good to spend some time on weekends in the heights.
The reason for doing number 3 is that we are trying to perfectly remove chemical substances as they are very toxic. We never know how those vegetables and fruits were planted, what was the soil like and so on.

My first week of organic life

I started by fasting as a natural way of detoxing. That is at least I didn't eat for 10 hours after the last meal, which is dinner. This organic powdered food I consumed was mixed with cold water and dissolved by a shaker. Tasted like raw vegetables I'm pretty sure most people will not like the smell of it. Once I said that weight management was actually 99% success comes from your commitment consistency and the rest is from what you eat. The first week of detoxing I can only eat fruits, but not all kinds of fruits, the sweet ones are most likely not to be consumed during this period. After two days I began to waste strange stuff in the little john. Something long and plastic like came out. This is what we expect from the real detox. After a week I felt very comfortable in the stomach, and I was very shocked when I scale my weight and I realized that I just lost 4kg. Wow that was too fast, I think.

All foods are bad, then what should I eat?

The organic people will say all the foods you eat are bad. Because: they contain too much chemicals, calories, sugar, fat, cholesterol, not enough nutritions and processed through some unhygienic methods. These are what I called toxins, the embryo of almost all known diseases. Our bodies can actually accept toxins at some points where they will finally detoxed, but we never know how long our bodies can handle. So what is it about organic foods anyway? Organic, in my understanding means to provide unpolluted and nutritious vegetables planted from high quality soils in the cleanest air environment. If we live somewhere far from the clean air and soils, how can we provide this kind of food? You can buy organic veggies in the supermarket but you don't know how they delivered them to the supermarket. Any idea? I have a solution, and if you're interested to know please wait for my next posts.

Detox

Human bodies detox after a night sleep or through fasting. It is a very important period of the day to get rid off the toxins inside. This is a good way for someone to keep up the good health, but it will be nice if it were detoxed by organic meals in such a way that it "flushes" the toxins inside our internal organs thoroughly, much better than the ordinary detox by fasting. Imagine that we're washing a car with clean water instead of mud. But I don't want to say our daily meals are mud, it's just that we don't get the right nutrition and cleanliness enough to help the detox process.

Why organic?

Why would I mention organic? Organic is the only answer to prevent and even cure just about all diseases found these days. You will be surprised how much toxic waste piled up inside your body for years that can lead to some illness and diseases. Personally I have consumed organic food for 2 months and I experienced weight loss. It is not about losing weight, organic food actually fix our metabolism, that means our body is set to the perfect ideal weight. All the toxic waste inside the body were thrown out days after consuming (a 5 star!) organic food. I will share the details in the next postings.
